Colosseum Travel tips

  • Arrive here 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time, to make sure you find the meeting point.
  • Finding toilets, cafes, luggage rooms, or restaurants at the site will be difficult, so come prepared.
  • Some paths here are wheelchair accessible with marked routes. Private tours are best suited for differently abled people.
  • No big bags or bags with wheels are allowed inside the place. So, carry only small backpacks or handbags.
  • Make sure to carry water bottles, sunscreen, and a hat, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes to save yourself from the sun.
  • Pets, drones, and any kind of sharp tools aren’t allowed in the Colosseum. The security check at the entrance is compulsory and if anything is found out of the directive, it would be seized.
